Artificial Intelligence Month (AI Month) – EUC
European University Cyprus (EUC) is proud to announce that November 2025 will be celebrated as “Artificial Intelligence Month (AI Month)” — a month-long initiative dedicated to exploring the impact, potential, and challenges of Artificial Intelligence in education, research, business, and society.
Through this initiative, the University seeks to raise awareness and encourage thoughtful dialogue about AI, while inspiring collaboration and critical reflection across disciplines. Researchers, educators, students, professionals, policymakers, and the wider public will be invited to participate in a rich program of activities designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and conversation around this rapidly evolving field.

Throughout November, more than 30 events will take place on campus and online, including lectures, keynote speeches, workshops, roundtable discussions, and research presentations. Experts from academia and industry will share insights on how AI is reshaping education, innovation, and the world of work. From hands-on workshops to open discussions on ethics and policy, every session aims to make AI accessible, engaging, and relevant to all.
Among the key themes of AI Month 2025 are the technological breakthroughs driving Artificial Intelligence, the social and ethical questions surrounding its use, and the ways AI can enhance learning and creativity. Sessions will also explore how universities can prepare students for the jobs of the future, where working alongside intelligent systems will become the norm.
“Artificial Intelligence is not just a technological trend — it’s a profound transformation that affects how we learn, think, and interact,” said an EUC representative. “Through AI Month, we want to foster informed discussions, encourage curiosity, and promote responsible and ethical innovation.”
AI Month 2025 reflects EUC’s broader commitment to digital transformation and interdisciplinary learning. By bringing together voices from science, business, education, and policy, the University continues to strengthen its role as a hub for innovation and critical thought in the region.
Events are open to members of the EUC community, as well as to educators, researchers, professionals, and the public interested in understanding the many dimensions of Artificial Intelligence.
