Following the success of the first edition, the SUNRISE Chess Tournament returns for its second edition on Friday, 11 September 2026 at 16:00 CET.
The tournament will once again be hosted online via Chess.com, which continues to support the initiative. Students and staff from across the SUNRISE Alliance are invited to take part, test their chess skills and enjoy friendly international competition.
To participate, players need to join the tournament on Chess.com and complete the registration form.
