EUC x EURES Career Academy 2025 — Your Future Without Borders!

On November 12–13, 2025, the European University Cyprus (EUC) will host the EUC x EURES Career Academy, a two-day event dedicated to empowering students and graduates to explore career opportunities across Europe. Under the motto “Your Future Without Borders,” the event invites participants to discover, connect, and learn how mobility can expand their professional horizons.

A Two-Day Journey Toward a Borderless Career

The program combines inspirational talks, hands-on workshops, and interactive sessions led by experts from the EURES Network and industry professionals from across Europe.

Highlights include:

• “Your Career, Anywhere” — insights on working across Europe with Antonis Kafouros (EURES Network).
• “Skill Sprint” — a practical workshop on crafting a standout Europass CV and motivation letter.
• “The Language Passport” — an interactive session on how language learning builds confidence and employability abroad.
• Keynote: “AI & The Future of Business” — an inspiring talk by Paris Thoma (Founder, Rapid Visual AI) exploring how AI is transforming the job market.
• “Get Hired Live” — mock interviews with EURES advisors from multiple European countries.

On the second day, participants will dive into digital identity and self-development with sessions such as:

• “Digital DNA: Crafting Your Online Brand” — a workshop on how your online presence shapes your career opportunities.
• “The EURES TMS Explained” — an open session about European job mobility programs and funding options.
• “Hire Me! Mastering Applications that Work” — a group activity exploring emotional intelligence in job searching.
• “Career Lab: Discovering Your Strengths with AI & Assessments” — a session on how AI can reveal personal skills and career paths.
• “Career Canvas” — a creative vision board workshop helping participants shape their long-term career goals.

The event will close with a networking activity and gift draw, offering participants the chance to connect with career experts and fellow job seekers from all over Europe.
