A major milestone in the development of international education opportunities within the SUNRISE Alliance.

The SUNRISE Alliance is delighted to announce the signature of its first double degree agreement, established between the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), France, and the Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM), Italy.

This landmark agreement brings together two complementary Master’s programmes:

• Master’s Degree in Complex System Engineering at UTC.
• Master’s Degree in Data Science for Economics, Business and Finance at UNIVPM.

The partnership represents an important step in strengthening academic cooperation between the two institutions and expanding international study opportunities for students within the SUNRISE Alliance.

By connecting engineering, complex systems and data science, the double degree creates a foundation for interdisciplinary learning and the development of skills relevant to an increasingly data-driven and interconnected world.

The signature of this agreement demonstrates the Alliance’s commitment to developing meaningful, long-term academic partnerships that benefit students, strengthen institutional cooperation and support the internationalisation of higher education.
