We are excited to share that our Alliance has just concluded a highly productive three-day workshop in Berlin! This intensive gathering brought together representatives from all partner institutions, creating a dynamic environment for collaboration and strategic planning. The workshop focused on defining the scope of the project, developing a detailed work breakdown structure, and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each partner in the Alliance. 

The discussions over the course of the workshop were both engaging and insightful. Together, we worked to align our shared vision with actionable plans, ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously organized and ready for implementation. From mapping out short- and long-term goals to identifying key milestones, the workshop set the groundwork for a structured and effective approach to our ambitious initiatives.

By fostering open communication and mutual understanding, we were able to make significant progress toward achieving our mission. As we move forward, the plans and agreements established in Berlin will serve as a solid foundation for the transformative work ahead.
